Our brief stay at this condo was much appreciated. Especially as to the cleanliness as well as convenience to the airport and the strip. After a day of sightseeing, shows or other activities, this is the perfect place to get away from it all – kick back and relax in your own little private world with innumerable TV channels or your own video tape. This was a wonderful respite for us and we would do it again in a minute. You will not regret renting this unit.

I have stayed at this condo many times and have really enjoyed it. I was very impressed with the quality of the furnishings, the nearby availability of quality restaurants, shopping, professional services, and entertainment. The condo is well kept, clean, nonsmoking, and contains all the amenities. Mr. Beede has been very responsive and accommodating and is very knowlegdeable about Vegas, including numerous non-gambling activites. When I am going to be in Vegas for a weekend or longer, this is always the first place I check.

We stayed at the condo from 12/27-1/4/2000, and could not have been happier with the accommodations. I was worried about booking sight unseen and having things be as promised, and they were exactly as described. We were also concerned about staying off the strip, but the location of the condo is absolutely perfect. It was clean and comfortable and the owner could not have been nicer to us. The level of thoughtfulness was overwhelming. We would definitely stay there again.

During March 2000 I stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom condo. Alan and I, and our friends Carol and Andrew,were extremely pleased with the accommodation. The condo was tastefully furnished, very clean and well equipped. There was nothing that we lacked.I especially liked the abundance of new linen. I felt very pampered. This condo is well located, a few miles east of the Strip. It is easy to get to from the airport and we had absolutely no problem driving to the Strip or to shopping. I highly reccommend this accommodation . I know that I will be returning.

When I first contacted Mr. Beede concerning the condo, his reply was very prompt and informative. The condo is in an of Vegas that we felt safe and secure. It is centrally located to resturants, malls, airport and the strip. The directions from the interstate to the condo are very simple and clear. All the accomodations were extremely comfortable. This area is also very quiet and peaceful. Only regret we had was that there was no hot tub to relax in after walking the strip. We would stay with the Beedes again if we came back to Vegas. I highly recommend their condo. Thank you.

Our stay was in early April. The condo was very neat and comfortable for 5 people. The location was great for sight seeing around the Vegas area during the day and then catching shows and some casinos at night. We spent one week and really covered a lot of territory and activities for the whole family.

We spent two weeks at the condominium during April 2002 and it was better than staying in a Hotel. The location is perfect, just a few blocks off the strip, and yet it was very peaceful and quiet. The condominium was spotless. Everything was so clean and comfortable. There was tea and coffee and even fresh fruit. It was just what we needed after a 16 hour flight from London. We used Las Vegas as a base and toured Nevada, California and Utah. We had a wonderful time, I would recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for having us at your condo! We loved it! It was great to have all the amenities that we did. As you can imagine, with four children, the ability to do laundry was significant. It also enabled us to provide the children with continued good nutrition by allowing us to prepare meals. Being at the condo enhanced the vacation because we were away from the strip. We enjoyed the convenience of the use of a private pool in which we spent a great deal of time at. We will continue to rave to our friends and family about our time at the condo as well as Las Vegas!
